Friendly and most courteous service! Awesome Ahi sandwich! Preferred more cracked peppers but I personally like really hot stuff. Baklava was tasty. Follow them on Facebook and you’ll know where they’ll be for the day.

I had already heard a lot about MoSa’s from coworkers and friends who swore by their fish tacos. I dropped by during lunch while they were parked at Skinners plaza. There were some homeless people hanging out in the park on the bleachers, drinking beer. But they were chill. Placed an order for the lamb Gyro and the fish taco. Both $ 7 and each came with a drink. They directed me towards some seats they’d set up in the shade while I waited for my order. They had a menu with a bunch of items priced at $ 7, each came with a drink. The food took under 10 minutes to prepare, and there were about 4 other people who also placed orders. The gyro was mediocre. I was kinda let down. The lamb tasted dry, and over-cooked, but it wasn’t bad. I’d order it again. Especially for $ 7. The Fish taco was AWESOME! If you go to MoSa’s, order THAT! It’s hearty and delicious. Friendly, and fast with quality food. MoSa’s really should get 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Ok, I’m really surprised there’s been only one other review so far. The burgers are slammin’ good! If you can only get one thing, get the mango bourbon burger. I can also speak highly of the bleu cheese spinach burger. Delicious! It’s worth the price as these are made to order burgers and all the ingredients are fresh. They also have gyros and tacos, but I haven’t had a chance to try those yet. I’m sure I will be back a few more times before I leave the island. Go get yourself some MoSa’s HotBox! This is a roving food truck in case you aren’t familiar. You can follow them on Facebook or call the number to find out their location. I went by when they were at Skinner’s Plaza and easily found parking on a side street, but it did get there on the tail end of the lunch rush.

Hands done, the best food truck food I’ve had on Guam ;) They Say fresh ingredients and fresh food, they aren’t lying! I never liked hummus but their hummus and pita is soooo delicious. I love their fish tacos and my husband only eats their lamb gyros. Their blue cheese-spinach-mushroom burger is sooo juicy, I’m drooling just thinking about it! And what makes it so much better is the fact that all those ingredients are incorporated into the burger meat. Now I must add, one day i sent my husband to go pick up some food from them on his way back home, and he ordered me their chorizo burger because they were out of everything else. Their menu varies everyday depending on what they have on hand. Not a big deal to me because everything I’ve tried, I’ve come to love. And I used to hate hummus! ;) but anyways I never really liked chorizo, but when i tried the chorizo burger, it was so juicy and had that flavorful bite with an after taste of heat. I was hooked from then. I’m a loyal customer because I love their food! It’s like greek inspired with the gyros and hummus but I love it! Only thing I hate is that they are only available during the week and only during lunch time hours. Their meals are $ 7 for each item which isnt bad considering the quality of the food! It wont let me put their fb page but its , all their info is on their fb page. They only go to Agat(in front of Inn on the Bay on Mon and Tue) and Hagatna(next to Skinners Plaza Wed-Fri) during the week.
