Die Seite
ist auf den ersten Blick sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut. Es gibt 6 Auswahlpunkte: Musicals, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Kulinarische Tour, Genuß, Entspannung und Ausflugsziele. Schade dass die Reiter nebeneinander platziert sind und nicht untereinander. So wird das Bild so breit gezogen anstelle einfach den Platz der Seite auszunutzen.
Aber ansonsten gibt es viel zu entdecken und die Angebote auf der Seite sind immer aktuell gehalten und bieten immer neue Anreize. Wenn man also nicht ganz genau weiß wo man hingehen kann oder ähnliches. Dass sollte man mal die Internetpräsenz von Stuttgart Tourist besuchen, da findet man auf jeden Fall etwas.

Auch für Einheimische gibt es interessante Infos zur Landeshauptstadt und den Kreisen drumherum, Veranstaltungsflyer, digitale Infowände, Tourinippes, Nahverkehrsinfos sowie eine Kartenvorverkaufsschalter ist auch dort zu finden.
Am Eingang wirds schnell eng, da die Infoschalter schlecht plaziert sind.
Ach ja, einen EC-Automat gibts auch !!

The staff here are very helpful and informative — since this is a tourist info office! You’ll get better help here for trains than at the DB office.
The do speak English do don’t be afraid to ask. I needed some bus/train information on how to get from Stuttgart to Maulbronn and the man I spoke to told my friend and I that we had several options, but also gave us his opinion on what was the cheapest and most practical ones.

Aufgrund negativer Erfahrungen, die ich bei Qype beschrieben habe, versuche ich, die Benutzung der VVS-Stadtbahn zu vermeiden.
Wenn es denn doch sein muss, dann bietet das VVS-3-Tage-Ticket für Hotelgäste den besten Deal — es kostet 10,30 Euro.
Verkauft wird es nicht an VVS-Ticketschalten, sondern nur in diesem «i-Punkt» und in manchen Hotels.
Die Beratung in dieser Touristen-Info habe ich stets als sehr freundlich empfunden.

Sehr netter Service — auf Anfrage erhält man hier das Touristen-Ticket für S– und U-Bahn, ohne die Hotelquittung vorzuzeigen.
Auch bei Wegbeschreibungen etc. wird Touristen hier kompetent weitergeholfen.
