Ein kleines aber feines Bäckergeschäft mit einem kleinen Stehcafé. Besonders lecker sind die Backwaren auf Dinkelbasis, z.B. Powerbrötchen oder Dinkelbuttergipfel. Die Kuchen sind nicht ganz mein Fall, allerdings gibt es nur wenige Bäcker, die beides wirklich gut können. Die Mitarbeiter könnten manchmal etwas freundlicher sein.
Samstag morgen sollte man etwas Zeit mitbringen, aber es lohnt sich.

Finger weg von Granatsplittern — sie bestehen aus aufgeschäumter Margarine mit etwas Aroma (!) — eigentlich eine Frechheit, so etwas zu verkaufen… Die Berliner sind nicht besser: Frisch gekauft ist der obere Teig schon trocken, der Boden trieft vor hart gewordenem Fett (wohl in der Fettpfanne gegart und danach nicht abgetropft) — der Gesundheit zuliebe sollte man die Teile lieber weg werfen… ich wünsche mehr Glück bei den anderen Backwaren:-)

Ha! My first review on qype!
I love local pastries and this joint delivers. I ordered an Apfelkuchen (based on aygul’s review) and a chocolate croissant. The apple cake was delicious and the croissant was soft, fresh, buttery and just the right amount of chocolate. I’ll definitely be back to try the other items.

Bakery Bausch in Stuttgart-​Rohr is well known for its fresh and very tasty products! Customers of the bakery always get what they want: high quality and wide choice of products.
My favorite things are plum and apple cakes (Zwetschgenkuchen, Apfelkuchen) which are, in my opinion, extremely delicious :)
