If you have never tried EMS training — it is amazing: total time effort is 30 min and 1 – 2 times a week is sufficient for visible effects! I started training there just a couple of weeks ago and can say it has been great. In addition –and for me totally unexpected– for the first time after a herniated disc(at the age of 29!), I am completely pain free after only 6 – 8 trainings — even after long days sitting at the computer. Here I have to mention that it took a while until I noticed — no pain is surprisingly hard to notice
It is a small, familial place in the heart of Munich, and I love the fact that I can now pass by noisy and crowded fitness studios without feeling bad about it!
