This is like the Starbucks or 711 of bakeries. They are freaking everywhere! Some are stand alone, in strip malls, on the corner, inside gas stations… look in your pocket, they are there too! First time trying them out and of course, you think they are awesome. Then you see them everywhere and always pick up a loaf of bread or get a «donut». They are alright. Nothing really to write home about. If you’re an American in Germany, I would say skip this and go to the little corner bakery instead. Prices are the same but you would get the non-chain flavor and the in store made freshness. If you do decide to come here(or there and there and there and there), the round sugared donuts have a berry filling of some sort. I think it’s raspberry. Also, what looks like a cinnamon rolls isn’t. It’s hazelnut. I think it’s much much better than a cinnamon roll though!

Had a delicious Latte Machiato and shared an apple strudel, pain au chocolat(croissant with chocolate inside), and 2 donuts amongst my family of 4. The strudel was excellent. The PaC was rich, flaky, and amazing. My son’s yellow and white frosted donut had cream throughout it and was much better than my daughter’s plain, but pink frosted donut. The donuts themselves were a cross between American yeast & cake donuts. They were dense and chewy without a hint of greasiness. We will return to try something new but only once in a while as a treat.
