Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer den Matratzen der geräumigkeit.
Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel kann man jedenfalls weiter empfehlen man hat seine Ruhe wie ich es gerne habe in einem Hotel.
Nettes freundliches Personal ein schöner Swimmingpool ein tolles spaar alles was das Herz begehrt

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte im Pullmann. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit, das Essen, die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren tadellos.
Beim nächsten Berlin-​Besuch würden wir wieder ins Pullmann gehen.

This beautifully designed hotel is right by the Zoologischer Garten. which is the Berlin Zoo. Expect lots of greenery and advised to go in summer to see it in its full glory. You have plenty of shops, cafes, familiar KFC and Wok to Walk within walking distance. I did succumb to a few hot wings from KFC forgetting I was in Berlin and in fact as if I lived there. I was only there for a 4 days, one hell of a weekend!
I sidetracked and got lost in my thoughts of that weekend… oops! The hotel staff at reception are so welcoming and for someone like me, who does ask questions and does like to go off into another topic. they were very accommodating, and speedy in changing our pillows as I am quite fussy when it comes to my sleep.
The room was immaculately clean and sheets fresh as ever, the mattress was amazing and for the weekend ahead, it was our savior. so to speak! The weekend was a surprise birthday, so there was a few of us staying in the hotel and with the 3.2.1…SURPRISE !! The weekend was ready to go.
They had everything organized so that our surprise was kept hush until the right moment which was followed by bubbles and a bites to eat, also to line our stomach’s for the night to come!
The next morning. and every morning was a hangover. And as Berlin is so colourful at night, it is also as equally colorful in the day too, so we we did two guided tours, as well as night time partying hard. The beds just hugged us to sleep and getting out of bed was quite hard, but the strong shower helped wake me up. As did the fresh grapefruit and orange juice in the morning. Just across the road is a nice café serving up some strong coffees, if you do need a change of scene, even a wonder down the road would prove to be an adventure. Check out the ‘Berlin Food Tour’ in Mitte — You will see the hidden locations as well as get to sample the local beverages and food.
I bumped into an old friend I hadn’t seen for almost 5 years., he was dancing on a podium in a club and probably thought I was a mad raver shouting in the middle of the dance-​floor! It was a dramatic weekend with way more ups than downs.
In the end, we were left with a very restful British Airways flight back to London. And we complained loads about our beds in London that night!
Each Pullman is different. This Pullman is comfortable, stylish yet easy going so go ahead and book it. Even just for the weekend; you never know what you might see, eat and who you might meet.

Tolle Lage, absolut spitzenmässiger Service. Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Babys wird total Rücksicht genommen und wirklich alles möglich gemacht… Toll!

Schon zum zweiten Mal war ich im Oktober letzten Jahres im Pullman.
Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten und des Kurfürstendamms. Es ist sehr schlicht und dezent, aber auch äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer und Bäder ebenso stilvoll.

Mindestens 2 Mal im Jahr zieht es uns nach Berlin, ins Pullman am Tierpark.
Hier gibt es jeden Morgen ein herrliches Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem, einzig das Bad könnte ein wenig moderner sein.
Der Wellnessbereich ist schick, groß und entspannt. Es sei denn, es sind wieder Großfamilien am Start, die der Meinung sind, das sie Ihren 20 Kindern das schwimmen im Hotel beibringen müssten — naja, ein wenig überzogen…aber es wird schnell laut.
Der Fitness-​/​Kraftraum ist mit Geräten ausgestattet die jede Muskelgruppe ansprechen.
Wir kommen immer wieder… Immer!

Such a beautiful hotel! We stayed here for about 99 EUR a night, which is definitely not much at all. And it was the best hotel choice in the city. The lobby is very modern and clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly and had no problem with us not speaking any German. When we went to the room, I could not believe how nice it was for only 99 EUR a night! Everything was so new and clean. The only thing that’s weird is there were only twin beds that we had to request to be pushed together. But they put them together in such a way that there was no awkward uncomfortable middle gap. The room has free bottled water and a coffee machine. It’s a 5 minute walk from Tiergarten Park and 15 minute walk from all the main areas of Berlin. I definitely recommend staying here!

Ein 5 Sterne Hotel mit sehr schönen Poolbereich. Eher klassisch und solide eingerichtet. Ich denke wenn der großzügige Poolbereich nicht wäre, dann gäbe es nur 4Sterne plus. Aber das soll keine Kritik sein. Wir haben einen tolller Service, Super gutes Frühstücksbüffet und schöné Zimmer, erlebt. Und das alles zu kleineren Preisen als ein normales 5 Sterne Haus.
Immer wieder gern, deshalb von uns auch 5 Sterne.

Excellent staff, room, and buffet breakfast. Yes, most definitely opt for the buffet breakfast! We did and didn’t have to eat again until dinner time. The room was large, as was the bed, though the two twin-​sized comforters instead of one large comforter was a little odd – do they expect couples to not like sharing a blanket? Our room had a kettle and a good selection of coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. Located a block or two away from Ka De We, the Berlin Zoo, and the U-​Bahn. Not the most exciting neighborhood, but you could definitely take the train to one that is.

Ein gutes Hotel. Sauberkeit ist anders als in einigen Beiträgen beschrieben voll in Ordnung. Auch wurde das Zimmer schon früh geputzt (wenn man gewollt hätte).

Auf jeden Fall ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal vorbildlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer groß, sauber und luxuriös. Was möchte man mehr? Achja, super Lage gutes ausgiebiges Frühstück und ausreichend Parkplätze All dies bietet dieses Wohlfühl-​Hotel. Natürlich hat das alles seinen Preis aber der ist entsprechend der Leistung. Sehr gerne werde ich hierher wiederkehren.

Erstklassiges Hotel für ein paar Tage in Berlin
Wir haben uns in den 3 Tagen im Pullmann seher wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet, der Service entspricht wirklich 5 Sternen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte ebenfalls mit Auswahl und Qualität.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient der für ein Hotel in der Innenstadt riesige Poolbereich, den wir bei unserem Aufenthalt quasi alleine nutzen konnten.

Habe am Wochenende mal wieder hier gewohnt und war zufrieden. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern, aber insgesamt ist man hier gut untergebracht. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant Xxenia konnte auch überzeugen. Ich komme wieder.

Make sure you look on the Accor website if you’re planning to go — some incredible deals are offered, especially if your dates are firm and you aren’t opposed to prepaying. I think I got the room for 75 Euro a night.
The only complaint I had about this place was that a «king» bed was two separate beds, which isn’t really all that great. Oh, and the wifi isn’t free. However, even on the fifth floor, I could get a Telekom hotspot. For the price, I paid for that and had wifi all over Germany. You might be able to push them for free, but with the rate I got, no such luck.
Pool/​spa area was great, even though I only used it once. Didn’t eat at the restaurant as the prices were… well… it’s a hotel restaurant.
Concierge service was great, you can get Berlin Welcomecards from them among other things and charge them to your room.
The 100 bus stops just up the street, and the 200 bus is on the street behind. You’re really close to Zoo Station too so you can get anywhere from there easily.
On my next trip to Berlin I’ll certainly look and see if the same deal is on.

We got a very good deal for our room so it was worth every penny.
We were in a group of three, checked in quite late and got ourselves a junior suite that comes with free minibar. I mean, from that moment on, we couldn’t really complain — even when the internet didn’t work in our room — knowing that the minibar was always stocked the next day :)
The concierge was super helpful and this place was close to the Zoogarten station (you still have to walk approx 5 – 8 minutes) so it was a plus.

Gutes Hotel. Gut organisiert, sehr zuvorkommend. Schönes Zimmer im Wellness Bereich: gross und stilvoll. Frühstück von 6.30 bis 11.00 Uhr.
Einziges Manko: man hat einen irre langen Weg zu den Zimmern im Wellness Bereich. Und nicht überall sind Aufzüge. Das ist mit Koffer einfach blöd.

Pool sehr groß, aber ohne Ambiente.
Sauna völlig undurchdacht. Da hat man nicht an den Gast gedacht.

traveling in threes can be difficult sometimes. but apparently here the staff decided to upgrade us instead of cramming us into a room meant for two. we ended up in a suite with a lovely bath with jets, 2 bedrooms, and full access to the mini-​bar. yeah. we even asked reception to make sure it was REALLY free. the concierge, ringo, was very helpful (and patient) with us that weekend, recommending fun things to do and absolutely perfect restaurants.
the only downside was that the free wireless internet was not working and reception could unfortunately not do anything about it. but after trekking around berlin all day, it was very nice to come back to a suite with plenty of space and a freshly restocked mini-​bar with bubbly and beers and chocolate and chips and cokes… and the price was very reasonable, thanks to the fact that we booked a few months in advance with our flights.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. the problem is there is nothing great about The Pullman either, and for about 225 Euros per night, you could do better.
The hotel in general is very utilitarian — it has everything a hotel and room from that price should have, without any flare — if it was a car it would definitely be old school Vovlo.
Lobby — clean and stark; not low end by any means

I really appreciate the Nesspresso coffee machine AND tea kettle in the rooms — used both each day; a great espresso café in the morning and a herb tea in the evening; very nice.
The Internet service stinks; it is so slow it is useless; a frustrating experience to have to pay for internet and have it so slow that you abandon it.
NO ENGLISH TV Channels… not that you are there to watch TV, but really, not one English speaking news channel at least?
The location is very good — be sure to walk to Tauentzienstraße just 2 blocks away, for shopping and dining and you MUST go to KeDeWe and go to the 6^th floor gourmet center for a snack.

Das Pullmann-​Hotel Schweizerhof als 5 Sterne-​Hotel ausgewiesen, ist aus meiner Sicht ein wenig zu hoch gegriffen!
Ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie sollte bezüglich Einrichtung und Service dem Gast mehr bieten als nur eine wirklich gute Lage!
Das Haus wirkt seelenlos und versprüht nicht den Charme eines Hotels in dieser Klasse. Der Empfang war gewohnt routiniert und spulte den üblichen Begrüßungstext in gewohnter Manie beim Check in ab.
Freundlich auf alle Fälle, aber halt ohne wirklichen Bezug zum Gast!
Mein Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen und entspricht meinen Wünschen bei der Reservierung. Groß, zweckmäßig, mit leicht modernen Elementen versehen, präsentiert sich das Zimmer wohl gepflegt. Das Bad standardmäßig ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Ausgesprochen ruhig empfinde ich den Aufenthalt hier in der oberen Etage.
Die Betten sind perfekt und wurden mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet.
Die Nespresso-​Maschine mit dem entsprechenden Kaffeeangebot ist eine gute Serviceleistung auf den Zimmern.
Der Concierge konnte mir auf meine ersten Anfragen kompetent und mit fundiertem Wissen helfen! ;-)
Die Hotelbar ist auch außer meiner Sicht nicht wirklich gelungen und signalisiert dem Gast, eher fernzubleiben.
Das kühle, zweckmäßige Interieur ist nicht einem geselligen Faktor des Konsums dienlich und sollte überdacht werden.
Probiere diese aber noch während meines Aufenthaltes aus!
Die Lobby gefällt mir und wirkt durch die gekonnte Bauweise sehr übersichtlich. Plätschernde Gewässer in Eingangshallen wirken immer angenehm auf den eintretenden Gast. Vermute für die Mitarbeiter auf Dauer eher nervig, könnte sie ja mal fragen! Ehrliche Antwort, na ja
Ach ja, wie auf dem Lande hört man hier aus der Ferne man Kirchengeläut! Wirkt subtil auf mich, hier in einer lebhaften, kommerziellen Großstadt!
Weiteres folgt sicher noch während meines Aufenthaltes.
Das Pullmann-​Hotel Schweizerhof ist aus meiner ersten Erfahrung eine akzeptable, empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Berlin.

The employees are very friendly and competent.
The bar makes excellent cocktails and the food is worth the money.

Aufgrund einer großen (450 Teilnehmer) Veranstaltung war ich von Samstag auf Sonntag in diesem wunderbaren Hotel.
1A Service bei perfektem Ambiente.
Egal ob mit Blick auf den Mittagsimbiß, die Tagungstechnik, die Bar oder während des Frühstücks…

When in Berlin we love to stay here. The location is great, food in restaurant delicious, and the service is lovely:-)

Ein tolles Hotel! Auch wenn ich nicht in den Genuss kam dort zu übernachten, kann ich nur von der Gastfreundschaft berichten und kann mich für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft bedanken.
Ich war im Schweizer Hof zu einigen Bewerbungsgesprächen und zu Kundengeprächen und kann nur sagen:
–tolles Restaurant
–saubere Toiletten
–schöné Lobby (die zum Verweilen einlädt)
–geschmackvoll eingerichtete Konferenzräume /​Zimmer
Mein Fazit:
Sollte ich als Berliner mal Geschäftspartner einladen nach Berlin zu kommen, würde ich ihnen den Schweizer Hof empfehlen!

Absolutes Top-​Hotel … Zimmer groß und schön mit attraktiver Mini-​Bar und Nespresso-​Maschine!
Highlight ist allerdings der Spa/​Fitness-​Bereich. Modernes Fitnesstudio mit Geräten, an denen man alle möglichen Übungen machen kann, wenn man sie richtig einstellt und weiß wie sie gehen. Gute Laufbänder, wenn man darauf ist blickt man auf das Schwimmbecken (der größte überdachte Hotel-​Pool in Berlin). Da es warm und sonnig war, haben wir uns auf die Liegen auf der Sonnenterasse gelegt.
Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, allerdings ist das Personal bei viel Betrieb an seine Grenzen gestoßen, so dass Teller aus waren oder einige Nahrungsmittel nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt werden konnten.
Schick bis ins Detail, freundliches Personal, hat trotz kleiner Fehler 5* verdient

Berlin, Budapester Strasse — habe mal vor 20 Jahren ein paar Meter von hier gewohnt und war im alten Schweizerhof häufig im Fassbierstübli, wo sich auch sogenannte Prominenz (z.B. Dieter Thomas Heck) gerne sehen liess. Nun ist der Schweizerhof neu gebaut und ich habe dort schon Partys gefeiert, Vorträge gehört und gegessen — bis zu dieser Woche hatte ich dort aber noch nicht übernachtet. Sehr sauberes Hotel der zu Accor gehörenden Pullman-​Gruppe.
Für den Westen gute und zentrale Lage, aber heute gibt es in Berlin insgesamt bessere Lagen. Es ist halt nah zum Kudamm, nah zum Zoo, nah zur CDU-​Zentrale und nah zum Botschaftsviertel. Darüberhinaus ist die Nähe zum Tiergarten schön für Spaziergänge oder Jogging.
Sehr netter Check-​In und noch netterer Check-​Out mit Wiedererkennungseffekt. Zimmerservice unauffällig und top. Keine Beschwerden, alles gut.
Gastronomie habe ich nicht genutztIch hatte zwar mit Frühstück gebucht, war aber morgens zeitlich so knapp dran, dass Frühstück ausfiel. Schade.
Sehr schön helles und recht grosses Zimmer auf der achten Etage mit schönem Ausblick in den Tiergarten. Helle Möbel, besonders interessant ist das in einen flachen Schrank eingelassene TV, wirkungsreich. Das Bett und die Decken sind sehr bequem, Teppich wie neu. Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Minbar, Wasserkocher. Die Shampoo und Pflegelinie riecht frisch und zitronig. Bad ist etwas klein, aber funktionell. Insgesamt sehr schöné Bleibe.
Schönes Hotel, guter Aufenthalt.

Helle Zimmer. Nicht sehr gross aber gemütlich.
Für das persönliche Fitness und Joggingprogramm wartet eine Faltkarte mit Jogging Route für den, der noch kein Iphone mit entsprechender Applikation hat oder dieses aus Entspannungsgründen im Zimmer lassen will!
Schöner Wellnessbereich und immer freundliches Personal!
Zentrale Lage

Der Schweizerhof (heute Pullman, manches ist es vielleicht noch als Dorint bekannt) in Berlin liegt zentral zwischen Ost und West, direkt am Tiergarten. Ein großes, angenehmes Hotel, professioneller Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Bar ist vielleicht ein bisschen kühl geraten, dafür ist der Frühstücksraum übersichtlich, das Angebot prima udn auch hier ist der Service an Kaffeebringen, Tellerwegräumen und Übersicht behalten vorbildlich.
Besonders gut hat mir diesmal der Fitnessraum und das Schwimmbad gefallen, Handtücher gibts unten, im Zimmer Bademantel und Schlappen.
Im Zimmer eine nespresso-​Maschine und ein Teekocher, sehr angenehm!

Ich bin immer wieder gerne hier. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da ich oft hier bin fühle ich mich schon in gewisser Weise zuhause.
Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Und der Bade-​/​Wellnessbereich lässt den Alltagsstress schnell vergessen.
