After having an external hard drive issue, I started looking around for someone who could test it to determine if it was a housing issue or indeed the hard drive itself. After phoning round to a number of places, getting quotes of 30 – 40 €, I stopped in here. The guy said that it takes two seconds and that they wouldn’t charge me anything. Unfortunately for me, the latter was the problem and I have lost all 70+ GB of music. I had digitised all my CDs and sold them and technology has gotten the best of me in this case.
