Hertz

I feel the need to warn travelers about how terrible this place is. We reserved a vehicle days in advance, but ended up waiting more than one hour to pick it up. And the line wasn’t long! There is such a lack of basic competence here, it’s alarming. (It’s September and they still have their Christmas tree up, just to show you how out of touch they are.)
When we finally got processed at the counter we went outside to get the car, and there was another line and wait! Then the attendant didn’t know how to set up the GPS we’d paid for and needed. So that was another delay.
One hour and 45 minutes after reaching the desk we were finally on the road. Later, at our scheduled return time, no one was around to take the car back. A terrible experience in every respect. Hertz should be ashamed.
