ça résume bien. incapable de prendre des mesures correctement. Rien à foutre du client. chemise arrive non-​conforme. comment faire?
ces gens-​là sont nulles.
important à savoir: ils né font pas du sur-​mesure comme ils le prétendent. ils customisent du prêt-​à-​porter. donc, publicité mensongère…

Really terrible service. The seller asked me to look at fabrics and then he went and helped another client who came after me, explaining everything to him and taking him back to get measured. Maybe he didn’t like my American accept in French. I waited at the front counter for him to come back and he never proposed to take my measures or try to sell me a suit. The computers are low quality and make it impossible to see what you are looking at. Seems like it could be a nice concept but the salesmen suck and they don’t seem to really care that you are about to potentially spend half a months pay in their store. Sad.
