We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. We got a room on the 9th floor with great views of the city. Too bad the room smelled of vomit and a night stand was broken and the TV had no sound. We informed the front desk and was assured it would all be fixed and cleaned by time we got back. Nothing was changed when we got back. Went down to speak with front desk and got a shrugged shoulder and told to come back in morning. I said we were checking out the next day and gentleman said well maybe they will give free breakfast. They did nothing. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positives are that it is close to train and mall… And we paid more for family suite. He saw my kids are 17 and 14. Said there was 2 single beds. Room has a bunk bed fit for a toddler. Both kids hung off bed. Not impressed.

This hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the RER station in Noisy-le-Grand, so it’s an ideal base for visiting Paris(3.40 per ticket) and, of course, Disneyland! We stayed in a double room on the 9th floor(great view!). The room was clean and spacious, with a TV, desk and lots of storage. The staff at reception were helpful and, for those who needed it, spoke good English. Beside the reception there is a comfortable bar area, with a cafeteria just beyond it. We didn’t sample breakfast or any meals, but we were pleased to find the bar to be very reasonably priced — a bottle of Heineken was just a little over 3 euros. The only let-down was that the toilet, operated by a large push-button flush, didn’t work well, taking several attempts to produce a very weak flush. I reported this problem to reception, and I believe it was attended to, as there was evidence that someone had been in our room in our absence, but the problem persisted. The hotel claims to have a 15-minute promise with regard to anything that might«cloud» your stay, whereby if they can’t fix it within 15 minutes, «you will be our guest», which I assume means some sort of money off your stay. However, in spite of my highlighting the ongoing malfunction to staff, we paid the full price. After speaking to another guest, I learned that the issue was present in other rooms too, so maybe this is normal… still, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel room, so it was only a mild annoyance. Those familiar with Noisy-le-Grand will know that the town is fairly light on major tourist attractions, but the area around the hotel is well-serviced by the impressively large local shopping centre, which has a lot of the big names you might expect to find in the centre of Paris(H&M, Sephora etc.) as well as a Carrefour and lots of places to eat. I had been warned that the area wasn’t very safe at night, but walking to and from the hotel at various hours of the evening, I felt completely at ease and all journeys passed without incident. Ibis is usually a name you can trust and on the whole, this hotel offers the quality you would expect. The location is nice for escaping the hustle and bustle of the Disney resorts and the city centre. I would certainly consider staying there again.

Je suis un habitué de l ibis champs sur marne, celui ci est bien plus grand et de meilleure qualite meme si l accueil est plus impersonnel je l aime bien
