This is a fantastic restaurant that captures the food of the Alsace region very poignantly. The cordon bleu is amazing and so is the t-bone steak or the goose liver. The service is perfect. I recommend sitting outside on a nice day instead of inside as it feels much nicer under the tent across the street from the building. Park your car on the street as there is hardly any traffic by that area. Reserve some space for dessert — the crème brûlée, or the vanilla raspberry is simply amazing. Once you eat, head back to your hotel and savor the food! Good food with good company is what makes the world go round. Also don’t forget to order the flammekuchen — it is simply outstanding!

My dad used to bring us here when I was little — since then I have the best memories of this region’s speciality called«Flammkuchen»(flame cake — it’s like a super thin pizza with sour cream, ham and onion). Definitely worth a trip! Super nice service and great cuisine. If you plan to eat lunch here make sure to come before 2pm — after that they have a break until later.

Les tartes flambees sont tres delicieux, surtout les tartes flambees pour le desert: pommes avec calvados et du bananes avec grand manier. Je peux aussi recommander les variations du fois gras. Mais il n’y a rien ce que n’ est pas bon. Le vieux moulin est un tres jolie restaurant avec beaucoup de charme. Vous pouvez manger dans le restaurant et aussi en dehors de. Ce n’ est pas tres avantageux mais vraiment tres bon.
