Le Troubadour

Un très bel endroit que je recommande avec plaisir pour de bonnes soirées entre amis.
On y passé un excellent moment et on se régale avec de bon produits. J’ai pu y manger un nougat de chèvre, un magret de canard sauce au miel avec une délicieuse poêle de carottes, un purée maison et une brick aux champignons suivi d’un assortiment de petits desserts. Tout ça agrémenté d’un cocktail apéritif, de vin et d’un café pour la somme de 36 euros ! Plus que raisonnable puisque la soirée était rythmé pas un magicien et un dj fort sympathique !

Magnifique! This was my favorite meal in the Paris area so far. Perhaps I need to get out of the city more.
The two of us each got the lunch formule, which included an appetizer and an entrée or an entrée and a dessert; we both opted for the former combo. I got the «fondue,» which was not what it sounded like. It was more like mini pizzas with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on baguette slices. Delicious nonetheless. My boyfriend ordered a chevre salad. The goat cheese was plentiful, and spiced with sun dried tomatoes and chives.
For our entrees, we ordered salmon with a cream sauce and magret de canard (duck breast). Both were great. The salmon was cooked well, and the sauce was very good, albeit very heavy. The duck was moist on the inside with crispy skin, and also had a nice sauce. Both dishes came with a half of a baked tomato covered in breadcrums — interesting, but not my favorite part of the meal.
The waitress was very nice, even when she got overwhelmed by about 40 loud tourists who came in mid-​way through our meal (we were quiet tourists, of course).
If I’m ever back in Fontainbebleau then I’ll definitely come back here.

Très bon accueil… cuisine excellente… soirée à thème très agréable… possibilité d’organiser enterrement de vie de garçon et fille… Très bon souvenir une semaine avant notre mariage.

Une adresse festive
Excellente soirée dans une ambiance festive et conviviale, il y avait un mariage ce soir là. Dommage que deux personnes complètement ivres soient venus troubler la belle valse des mariés, un point que l’établissement devrait surveiller. Le service est plutôt accueillant et prompt. Température des plats un peu inégale, mais dans l’ensemble nous avons assez bien mangé. Un point qui né gâche rien, l’établissement est tout près du château de Fontainebleau.
