One Bar Champagne

Our first stop in the pouring rain was this Champagne bar. A tasting of three for 12 euros, One offers a decent price.
And respite from the rain.
The server was well dressed but very disinterested in presenting the product. She played on her phone and laptop while we sipped.
The first tasting was blanc de blancs. Slightly dry, some sweet taste but lacked aromas or other flavors.
The second trial was Rose. This was ok. Not amazing or complex but drinkable.
The third taste was Millesime 2006. This was pretty good. 100% Chardonnay, this tasting was flavorful, bubbly, slightly sweet and some buttery tones in the drink.
Our host works for a Champagne house and recommended One for good quality Champagne.
So I would recommend you go in knowing what you want and ordering a glass. I would not recommend a novice (like me) to come and I would not recommend their tasting menu.
