The most terrible logistics to consumer firm in all of Finland, maybe the world. They’re easily thwarted by door codes, which 99% of buildings use. If you call at 8am, they assure you they’ll pass along the door code to the driver. They confirm your delivery for the day and tell you to be home.
But then 4pm rolls around and their website updates that the driver didn’t have the door code. You call again, and you get a surly «sucks to be you» response. I once had a rep say «What do you expect me to do about it?» There’s customer service for ya. Speaking of customer service, there was also the time the driver who didn’t believe in deodorant threw my package at me.
Sometime it takes up to five extra days for them to finally match door code with package. FIVE EXTRA DAYS. Maybe you get lucky and it’s merely one extra day. They have your number and the door code, but will waste at least one day trying to fit these all together. It’s not just a one time thing, it’s been bad for ever since I’ve been here.
