A southern Michigander in Finland. Ya know… after a few days of just Finn style food, you yearn to try a little something there that is their version of something you know quite well. The pizza had a nice thin crust, good sauce, pepperoni was a bit too smoky flavored, garlic was right out of the jar added after baking(sliced garlic cloves would be better– before baking, to mellow them out), black olives, kebab meat(gyros meat). The pizza was, curiously enough, NOT sliced! I have never ordered a pizza that wasn’t cut into pizza pie slices or Chicago squares. It was great the next day, crisped in a pan with olive oil. Recommend! Please get a pizza cutter, Star Pizza! You’ll be the only pizza place in Suomi that does it right!
