Ok. I hate to be that guy. But when the owner can’t hear a word you’re saying and keeps asking you to speak up (in reality you’re actually shouting) then there’s going to be problems.
That’s not even my biggest issue. The is a store that specializes in teas and coffees. The owner knew the basic teas. Earl greys and whatnot. However he couldn’t tell me if he had green teas or not. He just said, «I don’t know.»
His coffee knowledge was even worse. How can you as a seller of coffee not know what a French Roast is? Or worse yet, think that espresso roast is the only dark roast.
Will not be visiting again.
