I have been there as I need to exchange € to DKK. They were closed on Sunday as the service is available from Monday to Friday, working hours. So check the opening hours otherwise you might be in difficulties. It’s very convenient to exchange your money here as you can ask in which notes you want (small notes are obviously better than big notes). A better deal than just withdrawing money from the airport at the arrival where you can get a better value, considering that € are less powerful than DKK.
I found the service fast, they ask you if you agree with the exchange and fees, which is pointless as if I take money from ATM I am paying for bank fees anyway (and might be higher)
Service is ok, nothing to be excited about, it is a bank, so don’t expect too much.
My advice is to change money at the arrival at the airport, there is one at the exit from the arrival area. I remember that the rate was better there more than the one we had here.

The disadvantage of using Danish crowns in Denmark is obviously when you have to travel to the rest of Europe with their euros. This is how I came in acquaintance with Forex most of the time — for my travels. It’s very convenient to exchange your money here as you can ask in which notes you want (small notes are obviously better than big notes, no one would take your 50-​euro note anywhere in Europe), a better deal than just withdrawing money from the local ATMs where the note could be as big as mentioned.
You should remember to keep the receipt so if you exchange too much of your currency, you can always change it back to Danish crowns or whatever it was you had without commission fee!
If you want to exchange into something more exotic than Scandi crowns, Euro or US dollars, you should order the currency beforehand because they don’t have it on stock! You can order online or just call them!
Service is meh, nothing to be excited about, but it’s relatively pain-​free to exchange your money here.
