A business hotel wedged equidistant between(and within walking distance of) Tivoli and Christiania/Papirøen. The setting within the hotel is not particularly inviting nor beautiful, with a large bar and casino being the main attraction in the lobby and a steady stream of tour groups and flight attendants flowing in and out of the hotel at all hours. However, the rooms are inviting, albeit small, beds are comfortable(and also small) and I appreciate the addition of blackout curtains for Copenhagen’s long summer days. The shower is good and plenty of towels in all sizes are provided. Bath products provided are shampoo conditioner, body wash and lotion by «This Works.» Be cautious not to flood your bathroom floor while showering because the ¼ size glass shower door that seems to come standard in most European hotels these days is completely ineffective.

Checked in early and was told that our room was ready which was a plus! Bathroom was very outdated. 1970s tiles, tub was a bit higher than usual. The view from our room was beautiful as it overlooked the harbour(earned a star for that!) The casino and all the restaurants were closed which made the hotel seem a bit of a ghost town.

Nice Radisson Blue located not to far from the city shopping area. Plenty of restaurants located in the lobby of the hotel. Thai, Japanese, and the café. Huge reception area and plenty of parking. There was a taxi stand right on site so there seemed to be a taxi available every time I was in the lobby. There was a Casino attached to the hotel as well. The rooms were nice and spacious. Modern décor.

The rooms and beds are bit on the small side. However, the rest of the visit was 5 star. Beautiful view of the city. Good Eats. Very clean. Casino on site.

I spent 2 days in this hotel for a training and regarding the service itself there isn’t a lot to say. We are in a Radisson, so the service is good and people are nice as expected for a 4 star hotel wherever we are. BUT, I was on the 24th floor with a nice room which had an amazing wiew(see the picture) on the harbor of Copenhaguen and just for that it’s worth it taking a room there. So just for this view, the hotel earned a 4th star ;)
