Excellent newish beer bar in Norrebro! They have a good selection of beers which the generally serve in small(roughly) half pint measures. That suits me well as I get to try more types of beer. I am sure they could do you a pint if you cannot handle little glasses. Their homemade lemonade is so good that after trying it I had no choice but to order one to go with my beer(because ‘instead of’ would be just plain wrong). I tried the Korsknap and Emmerweiss which were both good but lacked the taste explosion of the lemonade! The 20s music contributed to the laid back feel in the bar. There is quite a lot of outdoor seating on the sidewalk for sunny days. Lovely smiling friendly service. According to google translate Tolv Haner means Twelve Cocks! I think it means taps. I hope so!

Wow, what an addition to Rantzausgade! This street is quickly going from grungy to hipster central. But this bar adds a touch of elegance with high ceilings and lovely orb lamps, combined with the worn-down look of the salvaged doors and window shutters that make up the tables and walls. If you also have high ceilings at home and fancy a lamp, you can buy one! Everything served here is organic, and the beers and ciders are grown and brewed in the same place. Though the most impressive thing is that they actually taste good. I tried about half the beers on the menu in one night, which sounds like a bender until you realize that the servings are small(and therefore cheaper). It’s 25 kr for beer and 35 kr for a flute of cider. The glass is fitting; the cider is almost like champagne! Not like Somersby or the other alcopop trash. And the guy behind the counter is obviously passionate about the products, and knowledgable about each of them. He was busy chatting, pouring drinks, polishing lamps, and flipping old records the whole time we were there. This place is really a gem and I hope to come back a few times before word gets out and it gets crazy packed. In fact, disregard this review; don’t come here!
