Going to Bornholm? Ditch the train with all the signalfejl and delays. I took the train twice in the past three years, experienced said problems, and attempted to do so for the third time recently but it was cancelled. Luckily the bus had room and I was able to get a ticket. It takes you straight from the central station right up to the ferry terminal in Ystad and the ticket includes the price of the ferry. The seats were comfortable, you get a nice view during the drive, and there is plenty of room for your bags. The only downside is that there is no bathroom, but it shouldn’t be a problem for such a short trip. If you book in advance, taking the train costs 149 dkk with an Orange-​billet and the bus costs 160 dkk with a Tilbudsbillet.
