Wandered here randomly for drinks on a Friday night(after a last-minute change of heart about the pricey Meatpacking scene in Vesterboro) and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendly atmosphere. The reasonable prices didn’t hurt either: 4 drinks for 165 kroner is a-ok in my book, especially in Copenhagen.

The 10 year anniversary in copenhagen for Unilocal was the reason I visited this café. I have been biking past it many times as it is on my way to the centre, but it never really caught my eye. It doesn’t really look so nice to the outside. However I was positively surprised by the interior of the café. So I learned my lesson! Don’t judge a book by its cover, especially in Denmark when you really don’t know what you will find when you open a door of a restaurant/café. So many hidden places in this city. About the café, it is a nice cosy place. Apparently they have good food but I haven’t tried it yet so can’t really comment on that. It is decorated by golden shades and it has 3 large chandeliers that give it a more royal feeling. I loved that touch. I also heard they have cocktail happy hours which I will definitely try soon and then will make a new review about that. All in all a cute café worth trying.

I’m sorry this review is in English but I hope it helps someone! My girlfriend and I visited Copenhagen from New York, and we randomly went into Café Klimt for breakfast one morning. Long story short, they gave us SOMUCHDELICIOUSFOOD; We didn’t expect the amount, or the varieties, or all the different flavors but we fully enjoyed every bit of it. This place is cool and laid back, with excellent food. Highly recommend it.
