Denmark is a country known for bad customer service. I stepped in this luxury shop, fearing that I would get the same bad treatment I got anywhere else although I rather hoped that they would be different. After all, they aren’t high street clothing shop, right? The girl who helped me finding the item I wanted was really nice and friendly and we talked in English(although I could speak Danish) without problem. It was too bad that they didn’t have the item I wanted(although I was looking for one of the classic trenches they have — apparently this is just a small shop, although Copenhagen isn’t that far from London — and they don’t have many things in stock apart from the fact that they’re the main shop in whole Denmark) She suggested me to check on the internet and bought online. Fair enough, but wishing I could buy it the old fashioned way, because — after all — you don’t spend a lot of money paying something that you don’t see before, right?
