Everything can happen at Blågårds Plads. Nørrebro is turning into hipster heaven, but this square will never surrender.
Every morning you can meet the local drunks with a beer at one of the many benches. The young men may play football in the big sink in the middle of the square. Sometimes they are just annoying and are harassing everybody. Small children are playing at the small playground. People pay the great library a visit (they have a large collection of boardgames and comic books). You can play a game of pingpong.
During the year Blågårds Plads host a big range of events — all kinds of music and cultural festivals, 1st of May, bike races, flea markets, and I can’t imagine what.
