This place, for lack of a better(and less overused) word, is awesome. My buddy Dany brings me in here, and I’ll admit to succumbing to the same wowing sensation that befalls most reviewers when finding the back rooms. I’d say just for that, it’d be worth it. I have an overactive imagination. So when I enter a squat room, with brickwork tunnels leading to deeper and ever-growing cavernous dens, I feel either like I’m in Resistance Headquarters or in a very select(and clandestine) gentlemen’s club. Either way, this thing feels like there’s something forbidden about it, and that’s great! Beer and booze is what you’d expect it to be, but their cocktails are treacherous — lightly packed for a bigger punch. The staff is friendly, and more specifically, the kind of friendly that’ll get you buying drinks. Beautiful place. Truly.

Nebýt únětického piva tak tohle místo nenavštěvuju už dávno. Fish&Chips z pangasia, podivné kombinace pasta aneb co zbylo z předchozího dne, burger v přesušené housce a ve špatném pořadí a přípravě příloh, rozmražované bramboráky atd.

This was one of my favorite bars in Prague. At first, from the street, it looks like any other bar, but make your way to the back to a door that looks like a cellar and you step into another world that is eerily cool. A set of stairs leads to a cavernous series of rooms that each has its own bar with its own feel, This, coupled with numerous private alcoves makes for an amazing experience, You may find some tourist here but for the most part this is a real Czech experience, but don’t worry even though it is dark and a bit disorienting(at one point I thought that I might have to leave a trail of bread crumbs to find my way back topside) everyone is friendly down in the catacombs. This pub is a mind-blowing experience that you shouldn’t miss when you’re in Prague
