The worst service I’ve ever experienced. And the goulash tasted like it came from a Campbell’s can. My friend ordered the deer and it wasn’t cooked at all and his«mashed potatoes» looked like melted ice cream and tasted nothing like potato. The location is nice, but it was dead because the way to get in is around a corner and the signs that point around to it are tiny and confusing. The waiter was rude and when we tried to get his attention, he looked at us and walked away.

Decent food and located right off the Charles Bridge. I ordered the avocado salad and a noodles with mussels. I don’t remember what it was called but their noodles seem handmade and everything was fresh. I randomly picked this place because I happened to walk by after doing tourist things. Service is super friendly! My friend ordered crème brûlée and since it took awhile the server gave us free shots! Not sure if this is authentic Czech Republic food but it was pretty decent to me. There’s plenty of seating outside and heaters plus blankets on the chairs in case you’re cold.

My wife and I stayed here and loved everything about the hotel. The food was great, the location was unbeatable, and the service was top-notch. I want to specifically mention Martin who was eager to help and was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

This place is really phenomenal. As we pulled up in our taxi, I thought«Are you kidding me? I am actually staying here?! This place is just adorable!» The hotel is located literally at the base of the Charles Bridge in the Mala Strana side. The hotel is roomy, clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is absolutely top-notch. They were friendly and incredibly informative and helpful to ensure our stay was a great experience. Their breakfast(which was included in our reservation) was remarkably good. They had some of the best scrambled eggs I have ever had(yes, I know — scrambled eggs? But they were amazingly good). They had fresh fruit, baked goods and variety of coffee. If you are looking for a place to stay, I give this my highest recommendation.

What a nice gem in the heart of Prague! Spacious rooms, a restaurant, rooftop deck, and free wifi at the foot of one of he towers on the Charles bridge. Convenient to all of Prague’s best sites. Tour operators will pick you up right here as well.

Really loved this cute hotel with friendly staff and service. The rooms are nothing extraordinary, but they were clean and had basic amenities. The location was unbeatable, right next to the Charles Bridge tower. The hotel itself was quaint and definitely had a feeling of living near a medieval landmark. The breakfast was also great. I will stay here again next time I am in Prague.
