Hotel a restaurace Split

This Hotel is located near the riverside and from all rooms you can have a direct view at the river.
I visited the restaurant last weekend and I was surprised about the level of quality and professionalism.
The interior is modern and neat, the tables are set nicely and inside there are two areas to sit at. On the outside there is a huge patio with a view at the riverside. It is also open during the winter with a tent and heating.
On the menu you can find vegetarian food, fish and meat.
We ordered pork fillet with parma ham, mushroom ragout and mashed parsnipes. The presentation was very nice and the meat was cooked perfectly. They just used a little bit too much salt but that was still ok. As desert I had Pancakes with fresh fruits.
The service was nice and friendly, the food was fanatastic. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in this area.
I can highly recommend this design hotel and restaurant.
