The service is a little off here. The staff is friendly but haven’t kept up with food and beverage restocking. So, currently there is no water to drink. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been attended to in a while and there was no toilet paper in one stall. On the bright side I thought the food here was better than most I ate while in Chile, but that’s not saying much.

I think this lounge is probably the best lounge for relaxation. There is tons of space. The food is fairly decent and there is a quiet room where you can take a nap. They have 110V outlets along the side of the window. Otherwise, you’ll have to use your adapter. In my opinion, the food selection at Avianca is better but it’s a small lounge and there’s always tons of people. Here, they have small cold sandwiches, some pastries, juices, and alcohol. You can toast your bread here and they have assorted nuts. In the Avianca lounge they had fresh fruit(strawberry and pineapple), hot soup, pistachio, peanuts, pastries, small sandwiches, cheeses, sliced cold ham, juices, and alcohol. You can just lounge hop if you have the time to. That’s what we did. We had enough time to try all the lounges that priority pass gave us access to and even tried the Admirals club lounge. I would recommend this place if you need to relax and Avianca if you just want food.
