Pedí a la mesera me cambiara el plato por estar muy salado. A los pocos minutos llegó la dueña del local, con mi plato y una cuchara, encarándome groseramente y levantando la voz de manera descontrolada, delante de todos los presentes, alegando que ella probó mi plato, que no estaba salado y que me lo tenía que comer porque ella ya no lo podía vender de nuevo. Al recordarle mis derechos como consumidor, me amenazó con que ella era abogado. Qué tal? Chilean customer orientation.

This is a perfect lunch spot if you work in El Golf. Their food is fresh and they have «menus» every day that won’t break the bank.
Besides having a really great selection of artesanal ice cream, salads, wraps and sandwiches (with a few veggie options), both the staff and owner are really accommodating!
The owner in particular is always trying to innovate in creative ways; involving technology whenever possible! She is a a true entrepreneur, as Café Amelie started out as a «cafeteria» that would only provide meals for businesses and now it has turned into a cute lunch spot in the area.
