They automatically get three stars simply for being a health food store in this neighbourhood.
Very friendly and helpful couple who run the place. Their prices are among the best in the city.
Very well stocked with supplements, I wish they had some perishable food. I understand produce wouldn’t be feasible but some dairy, eggs, perhaps some basic frozen meats that are not available at the FreshCo across the way. They lack some food items one may take for granted in a health food store yet some things that are impossible to find elsewhere they have.
