Business Owner

Melissa Rose is the General Manager for Sound X Entertainment and is one of our veteran DJ and Emcees’. She was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Her passion for music started at a young age. Melissa’s musical journey all began in 1999 when she co-​founded Rhythm​Na​tion​Ra​dio​.com. With her versatile mixing skills and her unique ability to engage an audience with her music and distinctive voice on the mic, Melissa found herself at the centre of a growing cult of fans of the Rhythm Nation. This underground success only spurred on her sense of exploration and growth, and she soon found herself playing in front of live audiences all over Ontario. In a short period of time Melissa became an in-​demand club DJ, playing at various prestigious Toronto venues. Melissa has also been moving all kinds of crowds to the dance floor at weddings and events over the past 15 years. She is one of the most in– demand DJ’s around.
