Historique

Fondé en 1986.

When Medi Spa Essentials started in Woodbridge, we solely provided electrolysis. In 2000 when laser hair removal started becoming more popular, we expanded to provide this service as well, and have slowly incorporated new services over the years so as to provide a one stop medi spa.

We have medical grade lasers from Palomar — who is a leader in the industry, carry medical grade skin care products — Environ which treat many different skin problems and conditions and assist with anti-​aging.

Sharon graduated from The Electrolysis College of Canada in 1986. An extensive one year full time program studying electrolysis only — theory and clinical. After graduating she started working full time in Woodbridge doing only electrolysis. When laser hair removal emerged, she purchased a medical grade laser and provided both services. After some time she incorporated photo rejuvenation as well.

With continued training and seminars, she has expanded her knowledge to include all aspects of skin care including peels and microdermabrasion. After purchasing another laser in 2012, she is now able to also do fractional, which treats wrinkles, scars (including acne scars) and stretch marks.
