Hi. Paula Bafaro of Ciro Excavating keeps telling me that she will pay my company the money she owes me. SHE placed an order for toner cartridges May 6th, 2013 in the amount of $ 483.64 and has not paid yet. I call every day… she only answers the phone sometimes, and only if I do *67 to hide the number. Any time I’ve called showing my phone number, she does not answer. I have also left messages for the owner, Stella Barrillari — she DOES NOT return any calls. What kind of business is this?
