I haven’t ordered blinds at this store for a while now, but a few years ago I purchased wooden blinds for the windows on the main floor of a recently purchased home.
Cost was fairly high… over $ 2400, but the blinds were easy to operate and of a high quality.
Their no questions asked warranty is fantastic. My brother visited one weekend and brought his « Unilocaly» (yappy) dog, who decided (when left alone for a few hours) that it would be fun to chew the slats of the front window blinds. My sister in law was mortified, my brother could care less. I went to Blinds to Go to see if I could just purchase some slats to replace the chewed ones, thinking I could replace them myself. I was told to bring the blinds in as they were covered by warranty. The slats were repaired free of charge… even though it wasn’t a manufacturers error.
Nice to see a company stand behind their product.
