Top 10 Desserts and Bistro

My parents and I went there because the BBQ restaurant beside it was closed and it’s the only Asian food in the area. The service was extremely slow, despite we were the only table there. Then, when we got the food, it was not worth the wait – it wasn’t even worth the drive to the restaurant. The stuffing in the spice wonton soup was not real meat and the meat sauce on rice just tasted off. The sides came with the rice was okay and that was pretty much the only thing I could eat.
If you had this and didn’t like it, give another Taiwanese restaurant a try as this one doesn’t represent good quality twnese food at all.

Top 10 Desserts and Bistro is located next to Sun Fortune. It’s a small shop that offers desserts, bubble tea, Taiwanese meals and snacks, and from looking at the photos above, it seems they have also added hotpots to their menu.
The seating here is limited, with only 3 or 4 tables. I have tried the tian bu la, Taiwanese sausage, Taiwanese popcorn chicken with fries and sweet potato fries, Taiwanese fried pork chop rice, and Taiwanese braised minced pork rice, as well as their Calpico (Japanese uncarbonated soft drink) flavoured bubble teas.
I would definitely recommend trying out their bubble teas and popcorn chicken. However, the tian bu la and Taiwanese sausage were just so-​so, and the rice dishes were not good at all. The fried pork chop was pounded very thin and then deep fried. Imagine it being like the texture of jerky, which is not very pleasant, unless it’s supposed to be jerky. The rice itself is also horrible. I could tell that the rice was heated in the microwave, because the rice was still somewhat cold, clumped together and a bit mushy.
