The best Tim Hortons in the city can be slow at times but well worth the wait

Not really any point in reviewing Timmy’s, as they are all the same. I just have one thing to add — recently, they shut down the Drive Thru, to make it two lanes (in order to cut down on the lineups, I gather), which is fine.
However, I noticed that this doesn’t help whatsoever, it actually causes a bigger bottleneck, and what baffles my mind even more, they didn’t even bother fixing the 6 inch drop that your vehicle hits when you leave the order station. What gives???
