I’m seriously impressed at the quality of the sushi here, considering this is the middle of the continent.
Parking is available in front of the this mini strip mall.
The staff are authentic Japanese (yay!), and the food is extremely fresh. Their presentation is AMAZING. I almost felt bad eating my box of sushi. It was oh so pretty.
This place is definitely meant more for takeout than dine-​in. There are only 10 or so spots in the entire restaurant (3 of the seats being of the bar variety). There is literally 1 table in the middle. If you’re in a group and this table is taken, you’re screwed.
The food does take a lot longer (my little tray took over 20 minutes) to prepare, but to me that speaks to the workmanship and care that goes into each order.
If I lived in Winnipeg, this would definitely be one of my sushi go-​to places. Recommended.
