Jim Hicks is founder & president with Spanningtree Technology Group Inc. & its associated Web and creative services partner company Spanningtree Media Services. His career has included 20+ years in a variety of Business, Technical & Management positions, as senior technical director, IT management and technical specialist roles. Mr. Hicks is a seasoned executive & recognized leader in Technology & Telecommunications Management, Enterprise Client Account Development with a wide range of experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications Business Infrastructure, Business Development Planning Strategies in verticals of Retail, Transportation, Logistics, Financial and Service Delivery Industries. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, a serial entrepreneur, & more recently, a frequent contributor of technology articles and an active traveler for business. Mr. Hicks is active in the community, currently residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada with his wife & four children.
