PW Auto 2000 Ltd

I know nothing about cars and am always a little concerned that I could be ripped off. This place was recommended to me after two other places over-​quoted me on a repair job. I decided to give it a try and was very happy with the outcome. Not only did the price seem fair, but the people are extremely friendly.
A little while later, I had a problem with my remote starter freezing up my car and thought I would have to get my car towed as I was unable to start it. I called only to ask if it was okay to have it dropped off there, fully assuming I would be paying big bucks for this. Instead, Jason walked me through the process so I could start it myself. It was a simple fix, but he stayed on the phone with me the full ten minutes that it took to restart.
My most recent visit was scary. My car was making a loud rumble and I knew there was an actual problem. I took it in and Jason came out with me to check it out. Oil was spraying everywhere under the good and he let me know immediately that my engine may not be salvageable. I prepared myself for a bill in the thousands IF he was even able to fix it. He called today and let me know that I was very lucky and that it was something to do with an oil seal thingy and that the engine was okay. (For now.)
I know nothing about cars, but I do know that this is a very honest business and that I do not need to worry when I take my car to them. It is truly in good hands.
