History
Established in 2013.
Located at one of the most iconic addressss in Winnipeg, you have to look up … higher … to catch a glimpse of Prairie 360. The restaurant is located 30 floors above the city, and in one sitting, you can revolve to see every light, greenspace, and landmark our beautiful metropolis has to offer. Enjoy delicious menu items that pair with the very best wines, or take in the sounds of our piano lounge. Just stopping in for a drink? Our whiskey lounge will wet your appetite.
Prairie 360 is the première celebration location opened in 2013 by restaurateur Noël Bernier, with executive Chef, Alfonso Murray also filling the role of General Manager. Our menu features local ingredients. Enjoy lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch atop the prairies.

Executive Chef/General Manager
Being from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I have had the privilage to grow up in the steak capital of the world. Canada is the tenth country I’ve been to in my culinary journey, with North America the fourth continent I have had the pleasure to cook on. In my travels I have learned vastly different cooking techniques, practices, cultures, customs and traditions the world over.
I became the most sought after «grill man» at the Sea of Galilea after coming up with a system in Isreal to barbecue for over 500 hundred people, all by myself, and if you ever had «date soup» in the Middle East, I was the creator.
I was honoured to come to Winnipeg to become the Executive Chef for Hermanos, Corrientes and Carnaval, and now look forward to the challenge of being Executive Chef and General Manager for one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, Prairie 360.
