My experience at Murray was top notch all the way. My beloved 26ft MilkMobile needed a new fuel pump, and Murray Chev was one of the only places in the city that is home to a medium-​duty mechanic who was able to work on this beast. I got in touch with Dennis (the above-​mentioned), and he took on the job from there.
I think I got more phone calls from Dennis than from my own boyfriend during the four days the truck was in the shop. He literally updated me every single day on the status of the repairs, and kept in contact to get approval for purchasing parts and whatnot. He was SUCH a pleasant person to deal with during all of this, I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such a comprehensive customer service experience
I have also come to Murray Chev to pick up rental vehicles for work and have had nothing but good experiences in that department. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work!
