Michaels is great for a lot of things but there are some outrageously priced items. As soon as anything says Martha Stewart or Swarovski there must be at least a 40% markup. They do have classes to teach you how to make things and they do kids birthday parties. I also have to respect any business that gives teachers 10% or 15% off (sorry I don’t remember which). Their staff is always friendly and helpful but they don’t give you flyers in the store so if you forget yours you don’t get to use the coupons.
