If I could give this a 0 I would have. Now, I don’t go to McDonalds for the customer service or the fine dining, I go there when I have no time left, and I’m starving. And normally it’s not too bad if you get a chicken sandwich or whatever you like. However, today, I being an idiot didn’t get an EggLT this morning which isn’t bad, I got their new steak sandwich breakfast. I couldn’t believe how gross it was. I had one bite and I almost lost my cookies. To put this in perspective, I couldn’t even give this away to my staff, and I once saw one of them eat a ketchup and mustard sandwich. Be forewarned, again, I wish someone would have mentioned it to me.

Worst customer service I have EVER had at a McDonald’s. My 1st job 30 years ago was at McDonald’s in St James, things have changed apparently — at one time a clerk would solve your concern — NOW the manager of this MD’s needs a course in CUSTOMERSERVICE, when you serve«SOUR» MILK, and the expiry date is tomorrow — SORRY I CAN’T HELPYOU, IT“S NOTEXPIREDYET !!!
