Four Bell Properties was started to manage the rental properties in our own portfolio. A few years later we became licensed to provide third party property management for other owners.

Four Bell Properties is a Winnipeg based property management company that specializes in the management of residential rental properties in Winnipeg and the surrounding area. We are licensed by Manitoba Securities Commission, and are proud members of the Professional Property Managers Association.
