We used to order delivery but after some very inexcusable bad service we’re boycotting. When I would call in for an order I would be placed on hold, sometimes for a long time. The person taking the calls seemed distracted. I would have to repeat my order a few times and they would still get it wrong by a long shot. The girl on the other end sounded snooty and would talk in a obnoxious valley girl tone. Poor phone skills and manners. I would have to recite my address to her many times. The delivery guy would keep going to the front doors of the building after clearly instructing them to go to the backdoors and I would met him there since my suite is closer to the back, and then he would complain about having to walk up to my suite the long way from the front. One delivery guy decide to bring up each item one at a time. He forgot my bottle of pop at the restaurant and had to go back and get it. Not organized at all. He took his frustrations and errors out on me. The food is okay, but the crust tastes watery. It’s not soggy. But it tastes like water has been added to it. We refuse to order from here after that fiasco.

Three out of the six dishes that came had hair either on it or cooked into. Clearly Boston Pizza has some issues with cleanliness.

We went here for supper tonight, the food was great and the service even better. Jason(Jay) our server was professional and attentive(but not overly so) and we enjoyed our visit. We often go to Boston Pizza in Castlegar(our home) as they too make feel we matter.

After waiting for the pizza to be delivered for over and hour and a half, the pizza guy arrived, all unorganized. He was caught off guard that we wanted to pay by debit, after we specifically told the woman on the phone that debit was our method of payment. When we opened the pizza, it was cold. The crust was already hard when we started eating. That’s not the worst part. You would think that when you call to complain about the cold pizza, the manager would give you better service. After speaking with a female manager, she brushed me off saying that ‘we do all we can to ensure pizza’s arrive warm.’ Not even hot, but warm!!! She said all she could do was exchange my pizza which is where I flipped. You make me and my company wait for over an hour for the pizza, now you want me to not eat the pizza and wait another hour and a half for new ones that will most likely arrive cold again? I don’t think so! Talk about bad service and an even worse response from a MANAGER!
