It has been such a rewarding experience doing business with Aviva Natural Health Solutions. I had ordered many of the full spectrum air purifying light bulbs and filled my entire house with them. Some time later a few of them blew out and this concerned me. I wrote to Nathan Zassman, the president of the company, about my issue and he was so accomodating. Not only did he explain the possible problems within my home, but he also trusted that what I was saying was true. He not only replaced the bulbs that had gone out, but also replaced them with brighter bulbs which cost more than the original ones I had purchased and threw in an extra one of even more brightness. I was so impressed with his integrity and excellence in customer service. I will always buy my light bulbs from Aviva. It is truly an honor to buy something from a company that stands by their product with confidance and supports their customers.
