Very clean, great price and breakfast is included. If you stay for breakfast, Sparky and Larry are a fast, efficient and a pleasure. We checked in very late and checked out a week later, very early in the morning… Experience was kind of odd… on check in, our key didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk. The clerk did not recognize me at all. On check out (4:30am) the front door to the lobby was locked, the clerk came to the door in his pajamas. If you’re on a budget and want a hearty breakfast with your room, I would recommend Gordon Inn on the Park

I stayed here because it was conveniently located next to the road heading out east. This is a two story motel with an adjacent restaurant and mini casino with video slots. It was quiet, clean, and functional and the service at the desk was friendly. With tax and a special online rate the price was a little over $ 100 which is more than some other similar places but the night’s sleep was restful. This is Winnipeg so there are always wandering suspicious people so make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in the car.

This entire area was absolutely stunning. The grounds were spotless and well maintained. There were people everywhere enjoying the facilities. We enjoyed a picnic lunch and had a great time. We’ll go back again.
