Martial Arts for the Entire Family including:
Kids and Adult Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ): Led by two certified BJJ Blackbelts these 90 minute classes will teach you how to defend against a stronger and larger attacker using technique and leverage in various reality based simulated scenarios. You will also learn submission grappling skills including chokes and arm bars, in order to train for competition and prepare for demos and grading.
Muay Thai Kickboxing: This 60 minute class focuses on conditioning, strength and circuit training with an experienced instructor that teaches basic muay thai skills, heavy bag work and thai pads. A great workout for teens and adults of all ages and athletic backgrounds.
Women’s Only MMA Bootcamp: A 90 minute ladies only class that emphasizes on strength, cardio kickboxing and circuit training. Led by a Female BJJ Blackbelt Self-defense Specialist and Pro MMA fighter this class teaches basic MMA skills including boxing, muay thai and Jiu-jitsu as well as Women Empowered Self-defense training. It is the most fun and practical way to get in shape and push the limits together with a group of encouraging ladies. A great class for all ages and athletic backgrounds.
Yoga: Two morning yoga classes are offered: 1. «Power Flow»: an invigorating class for all levels with an emphasis on developing core strength and flexibility. 2. «26 in 60»: an introduction to the basic postures of Hatha Yoga designed stimulate and restore health to the entire body.
