This is a combined restuarant/bar located on the twelfth floor of the Radisson Hotel. It is a very good bar with an excellent waitstaff. As a restuarant, it looks very nice and is almost elegant. I have eaten there twice. I have tried the potato and leek soup, the wild mushroom soup, the spaghetti and meatballs, and the lamb special. All of the food was very good except that chef is a minimalist when it comes to adding spices. The taste of everything I tried could have been greatly improved by a little more flavor.
