Vistaprint

Buyer beware. I have used Vistaprint for a long time and with a few exceptions have had good results. However I have recently found a deceptive policy has caused me to stop doing business with them. I recently paid $ 30 for «express delivery» my order what shipped via UPS ground. When challenged on this I was informed that they can ship any way they want if they meet a promised date. So I paid $ 30 for expedited shipping, they sent it UPS ground and kept the money. I will let you decided if that is deceptive or not, to me it is an I will not be using the again. Venessa: Forrest we can use any carrier as long as the order gets to you in time. You paid $ 29.99 for shipping because this is the shipping charges for the item placed and the time frame that you would want the order by.
