this store always has massive lines. today i stood in line to do a rerurn and spend more money and they refused to cash out the new toys… wtf! so i had to stand in another long line to buy the toys my son already picked out. if my son wasnt with me, i would have said keep the f***in toys. this store really needs to improve on customer service.

Dis I mention that I love Toys R Us! Once again its in Canada… but its worth the trip! I Found a Dance Star Mickey… you cant get them in the states anymore. My nephew will be very happy at Christmas.
